Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz (1885-1939), one of Zakopane's most interesting Władysław Hasior predecessors, created art at the intersection of many disciplines: plastics, theatre, including dramaturgy, engaged in theory, was one of the most inspiring inhabitants of Podhale and one of the greatest influencers in Polish art in the 20th century.
