The exhibitions The Woman Question 1550–2025 and City of Women at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw and We Want the Whole Life. Sharing at the Studio Gallery opened at the same time—in the fall of 2025. They are shown in two institutions in the very center of Warsaw, creating a narrative related to themes of emancipation in art.
This is a rare opportunity to see so many works and so many intertwining themes related to the topic of feminist solidarity during a single guided tour. The three exhibitions shown in two institutions will thus form a coherent, yet diverse, story primarily about reproductive rights, motherhood, parenthood, care, and non-systemic models of education. A joint walk will allow you to take a broader look at the three exhibitions presented in Warsaw institutions related to contemporary art.
The exhibitions will be guided by Agnieszka Rayzacher and Karolina Majewska-Güde (We Want the Whole Life. Sharing) and Alison Gingeras (The Female Question 1550–2025) and Karolina Gembara (City of Women).
