Sharing Form

FILES SHARING FORM only covers requests for the sharing of digital representations of materials, born-digital and audio-video files for print or/and digital usage. All types of physical object loans requires a written request sent by traditional mail to the museum’s director. Museum shares digital representations of materials and born-digital files that have no restrictions from the donor or at the copyright level. In the case of resources that are not owned by the Museum, we could only share materials on request/with the permission of the copyright owners. We support applicants in getting in touch with the owners. Museum does not act as an agent in arranging agreements between the parties.
