A woman and a man, with their backs to the camera, are standing in a brightly lit art gallery. The woman is taking a photo with her smartphone of a small, framed artwork on the wall.
An interactive guided tour is an invitation to an engaging story about art. Participants in this tour are not merely passive listeners; they are encouraged to ask questions, express their own opinions, examine the artworks closely, seek associations, and discuss them. During the session, the guide outlines the context of the exhibition and individual works, but focuses primarily on conversation and following the group’s lead.

A guided tour differs from a workshop in that we do not perform complex exercises, divide into groups, or engage in hands-on art activities; instead, we ask questions, discuss art, and seek our own interpretations. We spend the entire 90 minutes at the exhibition, engaging with the artworks. How the guided tour unfolds depends on the group’s interests and level of participation.

YOU ARE AT THE HEART OF CHANGE. SURREALISM AND ANTI-FASCISM
Join us for the exhibition “You Are at the Heart of Change. Surrealism and Anti-Fascism” at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw! It’s a unique space to discover art that boldly dreamed of a better world.

Although Surrealism is often associated primarily with dreams and fantasy, the exhibition at the MSN presents it as a movement full of social engagement. Artists from around the world used the power of imagination to fight injustice, violence, and war. They proved that art has the power to change reality.

The exhibition provides the perfect backdrop for educational workshops. We’ll take preschoolers on a journey into a world of extraordinary forms, teaching them empathy and how to express their emotions. With school students, we’ll discuss freedom, the power of solidarity, and art as a tool of resistance. Together, we’ll discover that each of us can be at the heart of change!
