Workshop tickets for groups

A group of smiling visitors in a bright museum. They are standing in front of a wall with large, colorful paintings. In the foreground are two women (one wearing a blue scarf, the other a shirt) and a bald man wearing glasses. They are all dressed in casual summer attire, looking at the art.
An interactive guided tour is an invitation to an engaging story about art. Participants in this tour are not merely passive listeners; they are encouraged to ask questions, express their own opinions, closely examine the artworks, seek out associations, and discuss them. During the session, the guide outlines the context of the exhibition and individual works, but focuses primarily on conversation and guiding the group.

A guided tour differs from a workshop in that we do not perform complex exercises, we do not split into groups, and we do not engage in hands-on art activities; instead, we ask questions, discuss art, and seek our own interpretations. We spend the entire 90 minutes at the exhibition, engaging with the works of art. How the tour unfolds depends on the group’s interests and level of participation.

EDWARD DWURNIK. PRIDE AND SHAME
Edward Dwurnik is a painter who, instead of prominent leaders, preferred to portray ordinary people—on their way to work, on the street, or while resting. The exhibition features many of his expressive, sometimes humorous, and sometimes very serious paintings from the 1970s and 1980s (mainly from the famous series “Athletes” and “Workers”). The artist painted the world without embellishment. He depicted fatigue, the struggles of everyday life, but also the emotions mentioned in the title: great pride and shame. We’ll also see contemporary paintings by Patryk Różycki, who painted his memories of growing up in the Polish countryside.
