Inter-generational Warsaw Workshop during the "Reconstruction Disputes" exhibition
Warsaw is undergoing dynamic changes. Each generation has its own experiences and perceptions of the urban space. The “Reconstruction Disputes” exhibition is a perfect opportunity to confront them with one another. Young Varsovians invite residents who remember the reconstruction era to the meeting.
A discussion and sharing own views concerning the life in Warsaw, its urban planning solutions and architecture will represent a significant element of the workshop. The meeting has been organized by the members of the initiative “Inter-generational Varsovians”, created by Aleksandra Kołodziejczyk. This event aims at bringing the younger and older generations of Varsovians closer to each other. We are looking for platforms and topics that bring together and integrate different generations. This time we are focusing on the city – its aesthetic, functional and social values in the context of its reconstruction after World War II.
