Stencil Workshops

The main challenge during the workshops is to raise our awareness of the surrounding urban tissue.

Every street, every house and every backyard has its own characteristics. We should respect the space we act in. Participants are tasked with looking for places where our creative output will be interconnected with existing elements (e.g. a wall recess, a peeling facade, electric boxes and so on).

This task aims to raise our awareness of the surroundings and oblige us to think before acting in the public space. The next phase is to select of appropriate stencils with industrial motifs and paint the images in selected places. Machine-like hands in positive gestures, like clapping, pointing thumbs-up or showing a victory sign, as if popping on springs out of altered objects, can be a humorous recap.

Workshops for children over 6.

The application form will be available here a week before the event.
