The annual general meeting of the Association of Friends of MSN Warsaw was held on 18 June 2024.

The general meeting elected the management board as follows:
Dr Aleksandra Auleytner, president, is a lawyer specializing in copyright and intellectual property law, head of the IP/TMT practice, and partner at the law firm DZP. She is the instigator and director of the postgraduate course on art market management at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. She is a legal advisor to numerous cultural institutions, including MSN Warsaw and Zachęta. She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and Vrije Universiteit Brussels, and completed the Yale School of Management Women’s Leadership Program.
Michał Borowik, treasurer, is a specialist in management, marketing, communications, and coordination of complex projects. He has experience working with international companies and institutions such as the Polin Museum of the History of Polish Jews, where he was responsible for fundraising. Since 2005 he has assembled a unique collection of contemporary art called the Borowik Collection. In 2020 he launched Polish Art NOW, an independent nationwide movement for support of artists during the coronavirus pandemic. In 2021 he established the Borowik Foundation, which is aimed at popularizing and disseminating Polish contemporary art around the world. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
Helena Czernecka, management board member, is a curator of the periodic program Primary Forms, carried out at MSN Warsaw (with Sebastian Cichocki) since 2020. She has worked at international exhibitions such as the Thailand Biennale (2024), EVA International, Ireland’s Biennial (2023), and the Polish Pavilion at the 58th Art Biennale in Venice (2019), and at art galleries and collections: Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac and Almine Rech Gallery in London, The Margulies Collection in Miami, and Galerie Kamel Mennour in Paris. She is a member of the Wena grant committee at the Starak Family Foundation, which supports implementation of unique artistic educational projects. She completed studies in art history at the Sorbonne in Paris and the theory of contemporary art at Goldsmiths, University of London.
Zuzanna Krzątała, management board member, is a social activist, author of the podcast “Call to Action!” and a graduate of the New School for Social Research in New York. As sustainability officer at Vogue Polska, she co-organizes the annual Business Fashion Environment Summit. She gained experience in the Third Sector at the International Rescue Committee, developing aid systems for female Syrian refugees in Jordan, and leading the international Human Rights Academy at Humanity in Action Polska. In recognition of her humanitarian work, she was given the Robert H. Mundheim Medal to the Living Spirit in New York and the Madeleine K. Albright Leadership Award by the Aspen Institute CE in Prague.
Krzysztof Nowakowski, management board member, is the managing director of Korn Ferry in Poland. He is an expert in consultancy on change and transition, management development, and team effectiveness. He holds an M.A. in philosophy from the University of Warsaw and an MBA from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota and SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He is a member of the MSN Warsaw council.
Hanna Rydlewska, management board member, is a journalist and editor, and for years has covered art, design, literature, theater and fashion. She is currently the publishing director of Vogue Polska and managing editor of Vogue Polska Living, and previously held such positions as deputy director of news sites for Gazeta.pl, deputy editor in chief of Przekrój, and editor in chief of Exklusiv magazine. She is co-host of the TV show Departure Hall on TVP Kultura, host of the radio show Limited Edition on Chilli ZET, and at Vogue Polska hosts a podcast on art, architecture and design. She is CEO of the book publishers Osnova.
Kinga Szafrankowska, management board member, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2005–2015 she was a civil servant and diplomat. She completed postgraduate studies in art history and art in practice at Collegium Civitas. She is engaged in promotion of art in public space and commercial buildings, and curating exhibitions. She runs the travel and art channel “Kinga Fortissima” on YouTube. She also collects works by contemporary women artists.
