Press release from the Warsaw Agricultural and Food Wholesale Market “Bronisze”
The “Bronisze” Agricultural and Food Wholesale Market in Warsaw is a key hub for the capital’s food supply. Every morning, agricultural producers, wholesalers, and owners of produce stands, markets, restaurants, stores, and catering companies from across the city gather here to purchase food products that are distributed to hundreds of thousands of the capital’s residents.

A morning trip to Bronisze will be an opportunity to tour the market and its facilities, meet farmers and suppliers, and see firsthand how the complex network of relationships, infrastructure, transportation, and economic interdependencies that ensures fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs end up on our plates every day. We’ll wrap up the tour with refreshments and a group discussion about the history and current operations of this place. The trip to Bronisze will be led by food market expert Maciej Kmera.
