The Cynics Republic – Plac Defilad
Mladen Stilinović 1975
During the exhibition-action of the Group of Six Artists, held at Republic Square in Zagreb in 1975, Mladen Stilinović pasted a series of photos with smiling models from the women's magazine "Burda" at the tram station. Passers-by were forced to walk over them and, as expected, almost destroyed them. At the same time, Stilinović was handing out individual photos to passers-by.
