When lonely, searching for their identity, X|A start a new, complicated affair with Frank, they are drawn into an uncanny game of feelings, which puts their emotions to the test. Relationship with the mysterious M, a collector of beauty and youth, seems like a salvation and the possibility of new beginnings. However opening to a new life imitating art has its price. Is a transition to the other side worth it?
It took seven years to finish Endless. The film was made independently within the group of non-binary, transgender, queer artists, sex workers and performers. "We made it out to the other side" is a catchy movie tagline, but it also serves as a statement. By making a film about transition from the perspective of transgender person we have crossed the line and settle at the land reserved only for cisgender and heteronormative filmmakers, who are entitled to pick the desired story, exploit and colonize it. With "Endless" we are reclaiming the right to tell our own stories with our own voice and from the perspective of people who actually went through events shown in the film. We are the Monsters, who can finally speak for themselves. – Wojciech Puś
