A view of the exhibition “Piniak Przemysław. Hit Where it Hurts”
Exhibition curator Gabi Skrzypczak gives a guided tour of the exhibition dedicated to the intermedia artist Przemysław Piniak, who died prematurely.

The exhibition’s creators follow the mythology he created and his characteristic aesthetic of excess. The sketches, objects, and paintings on canvas and furniture fronts presented in the exhibition are not intended to form a self-contained retrospective. The title of the exhibition is the phrase “poszło w pięty” (hit where it hurts), often used by the artist, which describes both Piniak’s own approach to the art world and the sense of shame and conviction of inevitable negative judgment internalized in his work.

An event accompanying the 2026 Equality Parade.
