A communal breakfast at a communal table, in a communal plaza at the new communal museum. The weekend breakfast will be prepared by Maria Przybyszewska, known for running the kitchens at the capital's Sto900, Bar Studio and Pewnego Razu Cafe, a resident of Opasły Tom or Copenhagen's Noma, and Maciej Nowicki - co-laureate of the prestigious Europa Nostra 2019 award, awarded the title of Traditional Chef 2019 by Gault&Millau Poland. He promotes the traditional cuisine of Poland, not only in the country, but also in the world, including France, the USA, the UAE, Japan, Korea, China and Jordan.
The breakfast is invited by the museum's strategic partner: Invest Komfort.
