The Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw and the New Community Foundation are resuming their collaboration and invite you to another public dialogue at the MSN headquarters. A public dialogue is a conversation among ordinary people—not experts, politicians, artists, or social activists. Ten people with diverse viewpoints will discuss elites, class, and privilege in today’s Poland—with an audience of one hundred people who will also have the opportunity to speak.
During the dialogue, we’ll ask whether we’re classists in Poland, who feels superior and who feels like a loser, whether money can buy social status today, and how class differences affect our lives. There will be room for differing opinions and perspectives, and above all, for a candid exchange of thoughts and experiences. You can follow the participants’ emotions and the audience’s reactions on-site and share your thoughts at selected moments. Facilitators from the New Community Foundation will moderate both the central discussion and the dialogue with the audience.
We invite you to join the dialogue—registration is required for both participants and audience members. On the registration form, you’ll select your participation format—space is limited. The dialogue will take place in the Auditorium on the ground floor of the MSN and will last three hours, including a break. The event will be livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube and recorded in audio and video format for publication.
