Berlin drawings (1-36/36)
The basis was a static recording of the Brandenburg Gate. The artist programmed ‘a keyed video’. The result are emotional, personal video – drawings, a synthesis of a true image of the Brandenburg Gate with 15 recordings of lines intuitively drawn by the author’s hand.
Presented for the first time at Bruszewski’s solo exhibition, Berlin Drawings and other works (Rysunki berlińskie i inne prace, 1981), Akumulatory 2 Gallery (KLA ‘Cicibór’ SZSP), Poznań (May 4, 1981).
