Description by Filmoteka Muzeum
The heroines of the film are two young daughters of the artist, wearing paper crowns. Rzepecki arranges their interaction with the camera, observing their reactions marked by attempts at remaining focused and serious in the face of this unusual situation.
What makes itself manifest here is the private feature, characteristic of Rzepecki’s works – in his films, the artist often portrays the members of his family or engages them as “actors”. Instead of the analysis of the film medium, we are dealing here with the analysis of human (child’s) behaviour in relation to the very medium.
