De(construction) of a subject in contemporary art. A portrait of contemporary man

The Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw offers adult visitors the possibility to participate in museum lessons – so popular among school groups. During the workshops, we will together ponder on the representations of man in contemporary art – both in the context of artistic expression and of attitudes, social roles, identity discourses or relationships of an individual with other people. The workshops will be held by Katarzyna Mieleszko – student of the history of art at the University of Warsaw (year 5), graduate in Polish philology. Interested in visual and plastic arts, literature and philosophy. Currently working on her MA thesis on experimental and unique textile.
