Last Concert (1-16/16)
"Ostatni koncert" ["Last Concert"] is a scene from the movie (1982, directed by Jerzy Passendorfer) about Hasior's creativity made for the West German television. "The piano was set in plain air upright, not in a lying position, as usual. The keyboard is located at a height of the face to force a musician - by this arrangement - to play standing: in light of the seriousness of the concert the musician must not sit as it is a slothful position. There, we see the keyboard armed with blades of knives. This announces that the concert will take place with sacrifice and it will be the last one indeed.Read more
