An Encyclopedia of Polish Psychedelia
Meeting with Kamil Sipowicz

  • An Encyclopedia of Polish Psychedelia

What psychedelics did Adam Mickiewicz and other eminent authors use? Did the Pagan Slavs get stoned more often than after they became Christian? How much do the Polish culture and other cultures owe to psychedelic drugs? Are psychedelics perceived as a threat to capitalism? Where did you get those mushrooms? And why didn’t you share with me?

"Encyklopedia polskiej psychodelii (An Encyclopedia of Polish Psychedelia)" is the first exhaustive monograph to present the issue of psychedelics use among Polish artists. Kamil Sipowicz uncovers unknown facts, recalls long forgotten episodes in the lives of Polish artists and authors, and explores Slavic traditions. His interlocutors will be Tomasz Sikorski and Tomasz Stawiszyński.
