Children\'s Day at the Museum

  • Children\\\'s Day at the Museum

Are the paintings hanging on a wall in a museum the only art that exists? Can a trace of a foot on sand become a work of art? Or the mirror-like reflection of light? Or silence lasting 45 minutes? Or planting a new forest?

The workshops in the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw are going to be dedicated to the question “what is art.” We will give some thought to this question as well as talk about what contemporary artists deal with.

The workshops are dedicated to children aged from 3 to 8. During the workshops the children’s parents may see the exhibition of the collection and listen about it.
