A cycle of meetings in the Museum of Modern Art – “art talks” – inspired in the formula of a discussion club.

To use a film club or a book club reference, in our cycle of meetings we will select a work from the ongoing exhibition “Lest The Two Seas Meet” (including artists from Far and Middle East, Ukraine or Poland) to be treated as “text”.

The talks will be preceded by a short description of the selected work and an introduction for the participants into the context of its creation. Any person interested in art is welcome. No specialized knowledge needed. Anybody who feels the need to spontaneously share their views on the exhibition is invited to participate, contrasting their reception with the opinions of other viewers and forming a critical opinion on the work in question.

The discussion will be moderated by Anna Roszman, a Polish Philology and Polish Culture graduate, who counts with several years of experience in book club coordination.
