Paloma is an independent café located at the Museum on the Vistula. 

Paloma is located in the pavilion designed by the Austrian architect Adolf Krischanitz housing Museum on the Vistula. In spring 2018 artist Alicja Bielawska created a site-specific installation for the café interior that exploits the height of the space: "Dreamed at Night by the Light of Day". Floating over the heads of the visitors the artwork comprises of colorful chiffon fabric and ceramic balls running along irregular arcs.

Paloma offers a California-inspired seasonal menu, colorful cocktails and a variety of classic and herbal beverages. It's also known for its terrace with a view over the river bank, concerts, and late-night parties.
