The series Fag Fighters, where Radziszewski introduced a fictitious gay gang in pink balaclavas, takes off with Fag Fighters: Prologue. Members of the gang roam the streets and wreak fear on the city, marking their territory with graffiti and committing acts of violence, including sexual abuse.

The prologue reveals the mystery behind the Fag Fighters’ trademark – the pink balaclavas – which had actually been woven by the Radziszewski’s grandmother, probably unaware of what he needed them for.

It is not the first work by Radziszewski to build on ties between the young and the old generations. What’s more, the artist arrives here at an encounter of two bipolar opposites of reality, in which he is himself entangled, and of his identity – the family and gay subculture.
