The artist writes about his work as follows:

“From 2005 to 2008, my video camera kept me company almost everywhere. An ideal tool to record a video diary that depicted intimate situations, video portraits, documentations of everyday life, natural phenomena, and conveyed my aesthetic fascination with the medium itself, its visual potential, digital image matter.

The narrative present in the sequences that build Instant offers the viewer a sense of encounter with an intimate image of my everyday life. Adding to it are the Polaroid pictures that accompany the film. Ultimately, the piece is a collage of liquid realities, emotional states, personality portraits that permeate and complement each other, selected somewhat randomly from my private video collection. I became interested in the completely blurred border between the world created for the needs of the film and the world accidentally captured by the camera”.
