Filmoteka Muzeum

Artistic outing entitled What Now, organised in 1986 by the then commissioner of EL Gallery Ryszard Tomczyk, which was his idea to enter into dialogue with the achievements of Gerard Kwiatkowski. The event attended by the students and graduates of Everdt Hilgemann's workshop at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kampen, the Netherlands, and Ryszard Winiarski's workshop at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw provided an opportunity to work on sculptures that referred with their scale to the already existing spatial forms of Elblag. The footage features two sculptures and one form by Jerzy Krechowicz from 1965. The result of the plein air activity of Hilgemann were his two spatial forms located in Kuśnierska St. and Odrodzenia St., which he produced using the forces of implosion (removing air from the inside to subject the walls to deformation).
