"This announcement is an act of repression towards the people who undermine the fact of existence of the antinomy of the following terms:
ART - CULTURE, ATTITUDE - POSITION
In the first pair of terms, CULTURE is a form of pressure onto art, in the second, POSITION is the same. The only right combination of these terms is:
ART - ATTITUDE, CULTURE - POSITION
There is however an absolute and undeniable contradiction between these pairs of terms"
