Supermarket is a video performance KwieKulik realised in Stuttgart when they were invited to the exhibition New Art from Poland at Künstlerhaus Stuttgart. During the action, they strolled with a supermarket cart all over a supermarket (full of ‘foreign’ goods), occasionally putting products into their trolleys, discussing the totally absurd and completely disproportionate exchange rate between Polish currency and the German Mark; after that they put the goods back onto the shelf.
