RYSZARD GRZYB, PAWEŁ KOWALEWSKI, WŁODZIMIERZ PAWLAK – COLD DEER IN JAM, 1987.

Three members of the Gruppa on the opening night of their own exhibition entitled „Recital” at the Warsaw Workshop Dziekanka presented a theater performance „Cold deer in jam”. The program of the event on 27 January 1987 ran as follows:

Paweł Kowalewski declaimed a recital, Ryszard Grzyb and Włodzimierz Pawlak performed a concert as a band „Lamp of Aladdin”, Pawlak declaimed a recital near his work „Adolf Hitler”, and then read his poems.

Next poem recitals were performed by Grzyb, and Kowalewski has read several poems by Adam Mickiewicz. Grzyb and Pawlak performed several songs, and Pawlak sang solo the songs of Włodzimierz Wysocki. The role of a souffleur of the performance was incognito played by the fourth member of the Gruppa, Jarosław Modzelewski.
