We are still waiting for a change of rules and regulations governing the spatial order in Poland. Various environments – urban planners, developers, local authorities and residents – have been inundating the government with their proposals for changes, and complaining about their very slow pace.

At the same time, however, in Poland there are examples that testify to the fact that you can wisely (with the participation of residents) influence our public and private space. Therefore, during this seminar we will be discussing the issue of how to make good use the existing legislation and the resources and tools which are available to us.
