"Spring Breakers" by Harmony Korine, 2013

"Spring Breakers" is the latest work of Harmony Korine – many-sided artist of the New York’s bohemia. The film tells a story of four college students who – hungry for thrill – decide to do everything to really enjoy themselves during their spring break. In order to obtain funds for their dream vacation, they rob a fast food bar. This is the beginning of madness – the case becomes more complicated, as the girls get into trouble with the law. Alien – a local, unscrupulous criminal – saves the bikini-teenage-gang from the oppression. This meeting will provide a spring break from school, the girls will never forget.
