Different ways of understanding “Polishness” is an inspiration for Polish artists and a hot spot on a map of social divisions. Just like in the past, this notion is being watched by artists with particular attention. On the basis of various texts of culture we will take a look at particular works of art in the historical context and compare historical and contemporary visions of “Polishness” and Polish reality.
