Performance actions

  • It takes more than eyes to be enthralled

On 12 and 22 October, as part of WARSAW UNDER CONSTRUCTION festival, a series of performance actions prepared by artists related to the independent culture movement of the 1980s will be presented.

In connection with the "Self-organization" exhibition, the artists who participated in exhibitions organized between 1984 and 1993 at Jan Rylke's flat in Ursynów district will reinterpret their past acts.

They will discuss topics of interest and set about polemics with categories and phenomena central to art description.
