We are pleased to invite children with care-takers to participate in workshops inspired by the “cosmic” motifs in Andrzej Wróblewski’s work.

Each culture has its own ideas about the origins of the world. Those ideas have been passed on to the next generations, they would build, and to some point are still building our identity. Why do we need the stories about the creation of gods and humans? What are the myths for? Do we prefer chaos or rather universe? And why did Andrzej Wróblewski need his “astrological” paintings?

The workshop participants will take a look at the artist’s cosmic paintings in order to create their own visions of the beginning of the world, inspired by the Indian, the Aboriginal, the Slavic and of course the “Wróblewskian” cosmogonies.
