  • Jarosław Fliciński, Jumps Into The Water III (94928), 1994

Jarosław Fliciński's paintings are arranged in cycles. The work presented, belonging to the already historical "Jumps into the waterseries from 1994, presents an abstract composition inspired by a rhythmic arrangement of tiles in the swimming pool. Using straight lines and a colour-play, Fliciński builds impossible perspective layouts. The cycle of paintings was also accompanied by photos and videos with figures presented against the background of the paintings, e.g, a man diving into the pool. The remaining two paintings in the cycle are deposited with the Museum by the artist.
