In Azorro Standard, the artists are determined to “assess the quality” of contemporary art and its institutions. The mere “did you like it?” criterion, which had served the evaluation of exhibitions at galleries in Warsaw in We Like It a Lot, was abandoned here in favour of a presumably more insightful approach.

The artists enter the gallery with measuring tapes and notebooks, ready to perform measurements and calculations of, amongst other things, the distance between the pipes and the length of floorboards. After prolonged consultation, the artists eventually conclude: “it’s a good gallery”.
