Helmut Jahn is an American architect of a German descent. His most famous projects include the Sony Center building in Berlin, and a multi-functional complex by the Postdamer Platz.
The structures of his design can be found in Frankfurt, Munich, New York, Chicago, Johannesburg, Durban, Singapore, and many other cities. Apart from multi-storey buildings, Jahn developed designs for air terminals and train stations. In 2007 he designed a a 160-meter tower by Twarda street in Warsaw which is currently under construction.
