The works of one of the four think tanks appointed as part in the WWB festival focused on the phenomena of participation and civic „duties“ of new art institutions.

We analysed the role of (post) museums as potential urban think tanks which, apart from exhibiting and educational activities, would also lead research activities, having at their disposal different tools from governmental agencies and academic institutions.
