Meeting concerning two high-profile titles from the recent years. Undermining stereotypes and writing an alternative version of history, the comic strip reveals its provocative potential.

The legendary "Maus" by Art Spiegelman came out in 2001, accused of anti-polish character. Cruelty towards the jews and pig snouts for Poles raised controversy about the certificate of the holocaust. Partakers in the discussion: Bożena Keff, Krzysztof Ostrowski and Szymon Holcman Cweloholocaust" (in Polish-German anthology "Chopin New Romantic") sparked a debate about artistic freedom, and use of national symbols and the unorthodox portrait of the hero of the Chopin Year. Fighting discrimination and nationalism and freedom was the theme of the talk about politically incorrect comic book medium.
