The Museum would like to invite you to a series of summer workshops for youth (aged 16-19).

Each meeting, based on active participation, will concentrate on one specific topic. The aim of the workshop is to bring basic art description terms closer to home, encourage thorough analysis and critical perception of endeavours presented as part of two current exhibitions. The works will be embedded in a broader perspective of other cultural phenomena, not only visual, but also literary and film works.

The series has been prepared in the framework of the Museum of Modern Art’s “Enter Museum” educational programme for upper secondary learners.

The moderators:
Hanna Dyrcz
– a third-year student of graphics at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. A graphic artist; combines artistic practice with theoretical knowledge in the field of culture understood intertextually.
Katarzyna Mieleszko – a Polish philology and history of art graduate. Interested in literature and visual arts, recently also in unique and experimental tapestry.
