Footage of Krzysztof Zarębski’s performance from 2007 is accompanied by the voice of Helmut Kajzar, whose spectacles were co-created by Zarębski. Akin to the performance devoted to Kajzar at New York’s Chelsea Art Museum in 2003, the artist features cassette tapes and ribbons of tape spilling abundantly out of them, an image that corresponds to Kajzar’s statement concerning the record of human voice. Zarębski used cassette tapes to create an impressive artistic object – a ruff.
