Description by Filmoteka Muzeum

A documentary made during a Kultura Zrzuty (Chip-In Culture) outing in Teofilów in 1987. Recalling the context of the film, Libera wrote: “Before starting the filming, I made the dogmatic assumption that all the decisions concerning the length and sequence of the individual scenes, their montage, I would make intuitively while filming, which effectively ruled out any post-factum corrections.

The successive scenes fade in and out the darkness, dividing the film into episodes, shown in the same sequence in which they happened during the workshop. Starting the camera every time involved the decision whether the given episode was important enough to be recorded, since I had only 90 minutes’ of tape. Many fragments were recorded half-consciously, in a state of intoxication.”

The footage features extensive coverages of rather traditional appearances such as performances by Janusz Bałdyga, Paweł Kwiek, Marek Janiak or Przemysław Kwiek, as well as more spontaneous actions by Jacek Kryszkowski, Adam Rzepecki, Agata Smalcerz, Andrzej Kwietniewski, Andrzej Świetlik, Makary Wielogórski, Mikołaj Malinowski, Elżbieta Kacprzak, Zofia Łuczko, Jerzy Gawron, Jerzy Truszkowski, Jolanta Ciesielska, Ms Bińczyk, Zbyszek Bińczyk, Zygmunt Rytka, Pynio, the band Moskwa, Włodzimierz Adamiak, Marek Sobczyk, Henryk Jasiak, Grzegorz Zygier, and others.
